Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AiWings ("Service"), which provides image generation tools for Claude via a remote MCP server and related dashboard. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

• Access to image generation is based on prepaid credits.
• Credit costs vary by model and resolution, as shown in the dashboard and pricing.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs and are not a subscription.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that period and are no longer available for generation.
• Unused credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You may upload reference images or provide prompts through Claude or the Service. You are solely responsible for content you submit and must ensure that:

• You have the rights needed to use it.
• It does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• It is not illegal, harmful, or abusive.

Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in content you upload, you may use images you generate with the Service, including for commercial purposes.

Generated images may be stored in your account so you can view, download, and manage them from the dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content in misleading or harmful ways.
• Resell access to the Service or share account credentials.

The Service works with third parties such as Claude, payment processors, hosting providers, and image generation providers. Their terms and availability may affect your experience. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

We strive to keep the Service accessible and reliable. However, we reserve the right to modify, pause, or permanently shut down the Service at any time, for any reason.

If the Service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users at least 30 days in advance by email or in-product notice. Unused credits remain available during the notice period so you can use them before shutdown.

After the Service is shut down, unused credits are not refundable unless required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for purchase refunds during normal operation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
